Unresolved issue with United Build & Sons product

On December 18, 2014, I signed up for United Build & Sons's return process at their South Shawna, Washington location. I was told that the service would include appliance, but after paying $821.57, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Milan M. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
