False promises made by Unified Industries Inc representative

On February 8, 2002, I signed up for Unified Industries Inc's warranty service at their Aureliebury, California location. I was told that the service would include appliance, but after paying $30.33, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Alysa C. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
