Account access issues with First Capital

On May 21, 1983, I signed up for First Capital's warranty service at their Jakubowskiside, Tennessee location. I was told that the service would include package, but after paying $706.41, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Bonita J. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
