On June 12, 2015, I signed up for Products Engineering's technical assistance at their Kaydenport, Michigan location. I was told that the service would include accessory, but after paying $921.13, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Merl C. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
