I have been a loyal customer of United Financial Group for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered package (order #ORD-5116-PMA-2027) on April 2, 2000, and have encountered was promised features that don't exist. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
