False promises made by Solid Projects Specialists representative

On November 28, 1983, I signed up for Solid Projects Specialists's consultation at their West Carole, Pennsylvania location. I was told that the service would include membership, but after paying $67.69, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Braxton B. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
