On January 11, 1979, I signed up for The Cozy Resort's maintenance program at their Gaylordborough, South Dakota location. I was told that the service would include accessory, but after paying $390.84, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Amanda M. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
