Unresolved issue with Builders Bros Group product

On September 17, 1986, I signed up for Builders Bros Group's customer support at their Harberville, Alaska location. I was told that the service would include gadget, but after paying $625.60, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Antonietta M. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
