Warranty claim denied by Modern Build Inc.

On February 27, 1987, I signed up for Modern Build Inc.'s installation service at their New Lanceland, Vermont location. I was told that the service would include product, but after paying $303.92, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Jeanette L. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
