I have been a loyal customer of Luxury Retreat Hospitality for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered platform (order #ORD-8151-UDP-7135) on June 14, 2017, and have encountered has poor quality. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
