On August 12, 1998, I signed up for Royal Haven Hospitality Ltd.'s upgrade service at their West Max, Alabama location. I was told that the service would include platform, but after paying $209.81, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Jordi G. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
