Poor customer service experience with Suites Hotels Inc.

On July 14, 1976, I signed up for Suites Hotels Inc.'s warranty service at their Wisozkberg, Alaska location. I was told that the service would include account, but after paying $519.91, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Joesph W. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
