Frustrated with Superior-Construction Kelowna Ltd.'s lack of response

On April 8, 1973, I signed up for Superior-Construction Kelowna Ltd.'s delivery service at their Marcoshire, Minnesota location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $325.34, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Susanna U. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
