Builders Industries provided defective product

On March 3, 1973, I signed up for Builders Industries's return process at their Johnstonport, California location. I was told that the service would include tool, but after paying $356.11, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Guadalupe E. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
