Refund refused by Metal Industries

I purchased a system from Metal Industries on March 26, 1983. Shortly after using it, I experienced doesn't work as advertised. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Brittany X. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
