Delayed delivery from Suites at Elite

On May 13, 1973, I signed up for Suites at Elite's return process at their Sengermouth, Alabama location. I was told that the service would include tool, but after paying $820.63, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Brionna F. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
