Poor customer service experience with Suites at Elite

I am writing regarding order #ORD-3047-MKS-9768 placed with Suites at Elite on April 13, 2000. I paid $495.2 for accessory, but when it arrived, I discovered found unauthorized charges. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Saige T. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
