I purchased a service from Factories & Alliance on December 1, 1971. Shortly after using it, I experienced has poor quality. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Kara P. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
