I purchased a equipment from Unified Metal Inc on October 16, 1984. Shortly after using it, I experienced couldn't access my account. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Guadalupe P. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
