I have been a loyal customer of Palace Getaways Holdings for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered device (order #ORD-6043-NLX-4914) on September 3, 1988, and have encountered couldn't access my account. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
