Warranty claim denied by Premier Equity LLC

I am writing regarding order #ORD-3042-SEU-8449 placed with Premier Equity LLC on March 28, 1994. I paid $388.82 for unit, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced long delays. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Kelvin G. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
