False promises made by Quality Engineering & Sons representative

I am writing regarding order #ORD-7568-EBK-5167 placed with Quality Engineering & Sons on September 4, 2022. I paid $968.50 for solution, but when it arrived, I discovered was damaged upon delivery. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Salvador Z. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
