False promises made by Assembly Engineering Enterprises representative

I am writing regarding order #ORD-5499-GDJ-4458 placed with Assembly Engineering Enterprises on February 14, 1988. I paid $92.5 for platform, but when it arrived, I discovered discovered hidden fees. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Priscilla I. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
