I am writing regarding order #ORD-6069-UNJ-8721 placed with Components Products on January 3, 1993. I paid $378.67 for item, but when it arrived, I discovered is missing essential components. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Ashlee Z. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
