On September 20, 1999, I signed up for Components Products's training session at their Lake Stanleybury, District of Columbia location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $887.81, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Amalia L. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
