On May 20, 2014, I signed up for Tech & Products's return process at their Schmidtton, Michigan location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $810.69, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lou Z. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
