Quality issues with United Properties Enterprises product

On January 27, 1998, I signed up for United Properties Enterprises's customer support at their Lake Lillianaland, North Carolina location. I was told that the service would include account, but after paying $629.65, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Meghan D. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
