Unresolved issue with Fund of National product

I am writing regarding order #ORD-1329-AVS-8750 placed with Fund of National on June 10, 2015. I paid $275.86 for system, but when it arrived, I discovered found unauthorized charges. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Braden P. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
