Misleading advertising by Global Metal Inc Bilbao

On May 6, 2003, I signed up for Global Metal Inc Bilbao's support package at their West Alyshaside, Texas location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $886.6, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Priscilla Q. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
