Modern Design Builders failed to honor their commitment

I am writing regarding order #ORD-3314-JIM-7789 placed with Modern Design Builders on December 27, 1988. I paid $869.42 for accessory, but when it arrived, I discovered found unauthorized charges. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Vivianne G. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
