Unsatisfactory resolution from Escape at Paradise Essen

I am writing regarding order #ORD-6562-ROB-7136 placed with Escape at Paradise Essen on January 20, 1978. I paid $441.4 for membership, but when it arrived, I discovered has poor quality. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Theodora V. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
