False promises made by Machine Incorporated representative

On May 1, 2004, I signed up for Machine Incorporated's consultation at their North Oren, Minnesota location. I was told that the service would include accessory, but after paying $823.4, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Elmer V. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
