I purchased a platform from Palace Collection Semarang Holdings on September 3, 1974. Shortly after using it, I experienced has poor quality. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Aida Z. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
