Warranty claim denied by Paradise Hotel Experiences

On November 2, 1970, I signed up for Paradise Hotel Experiences's upgrade service at their Sengerton, Montana location. I was told that the service would include software, but after paying $825.60, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Arnulfo S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
