Ultra Builders Products refused to address issue

On March 3, 1982, I signed up for Ultra Builders Products's support package at their Stromanmouth, Tennessee location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $362.66, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Alexane J. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
