I want to report a serious concern with Forge Group Corp.'s tool that I purchased on July 16, 1978 from your Tyshawnborough, Montana store. The product has had repeated billing errors despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Bertrand J., but my issue remains unresolved.
