Refund refused by Forge Group Corp.

On July 8, 1971, I signed up for Forge Group Corp.'s setup assistance at their Oswaldofurt, Virginia location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $302.41, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Harley J. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
