I purchased a system from Heritage Fund Solutions on July 11, 1994. Shortly after using it, I experienced is missing essential components. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Janae V. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
