Quality issues with Fabrication & Manufacturing product

On July 12, 1986, I signed up for Fabrication & Manufacturing's repair service at their Port Dandreside, Kansas location. I was told that the service would include account, but after paying $786.95, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Enid J. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
