Refund refused by Homes Specialists Inc.

On July 27, 2001, I signed up for Homes Specialists Inc.'s consultation at their Port Sophieview, North Carolina location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $225.6, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Christa R. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
