I am writing regarding order #ORD-1811-DDL-6790 placed with First Trust Group Toulouse on April 24, 1983. I paid $962.18 for tool, but when it arrived, I discovered couldn't access my account. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Dallin B. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
