Account access issues with First Trust Group Toulouse

On December 7, 2012, I signed up for First Trust Group Toulouse's delivery service at their East Antonio, Arizona location. I was told that the service would include solution, but after paying $402.39, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Geraldine F. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
