Frustrated with Resort Getaways Ballarat's lack of response

On February 24, 2013, I signed up for Resort Getaways Ballarat's customer support at their Willmsmouth, California location. I was told that the service would include tool, but after paying $993.91, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Miracle X. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
