False promises made by Accommodations Properties representative

I am writing regarding order #ORD-8742-IRB-7856 placed with Accommodations Properties on December 28, 1987. I paid $819.54 for solution, but when it arrived, I discovered encountered rude staff. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Rosalee L. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
