Frustrated with Solid Design Company Ltd.'s lack of response

On September 11, 2015, I signed up for Solid Design Company Ltd.'s customer support at their West Dimitriview, Kansas location. I was told that the service would include tool, but after paying $612.86, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Cecile B. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
