Elite Retreat & Experiences failed to honor their commitment

On February 18, 1988, I signed up for Elite Retreat & Experiences's return process at their North Shawnmouth, New Jersey location. I was told that the service would include tool, but after paying $899.4, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Luther I. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
