I purchased a plan from The Cozy Oasis on December 7, 1974. Shortly after using it, I experienced encountered rude staff. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Florence H. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
