Serene Stay & Hotels refused to address issue

I want to report a serious concern with Serene Stay & Hotels's plan that I purchased on June 29, 2003 from your Schoenmouth, North Dakota store. The product has was denied a refund despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Mertie K., but my issue remains unresolved.
