Misleading advertising by Engineering Bros Ltd.

I am writing regarding order #ORD-5253-WED-7457 placed with Engineering Bros Ltd. on October 10, 1981. I paid $22.47 for plan, but when it arrived, I discovered has a manufacturing defect. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Tanner V. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
