Craft Manufacturing failed to honor their commitment

On March 31, 2015, I signed up for Craft Manufacturing's repair service at their Wandaborough, South Dakota location. I was told that the service would include accessory, but after paying $618.3, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Alyce M. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
